Hi Reader!
Do you ever have little nudges, little moments of synchronicity that keep popping up for you?
I have been noticing and collecting the dots about getting back into journaling lately.
I have always been a journaler of one kind of another, but the 'dear diary' entries really weren't getting to the heart of anything.
When I joined a The Artist's Way accountability group in 2018, it blew the doors off the way I had been journaling.
It was transformative for me, to say the least.

So now that this nudge is keeps popping up, I'm inclined to listen.
Collecting the Dots
First, it's been just this thing I've been sensing that I need to lean into journaling again. Maybe something with starting a new 7 year cycle.
Over Black Friday, I got snagged by an offer called Decision Journaling, and how to use it to gain more insights from your writing. (I'm still on module 1, ask me how it's going later)
Then last week during my coffee shop work session, an older gentleman sat down next to me and dropped a yellow legal pad covered in handwriting on the table.
I felt compelled to comment that I don't see many people writing things out by hand these days and it just caught my attention. And in our chatting, it turns out he's on week 9 of... The Artist's Way.
Then this week, same coffee shop, a woman about my age drops her Trader Joe's reusable shopping bag on the bench next to me and sparks me to chat with her for several minutes about the holiday cards tucked inside that she was there to address.
And sending cards had been 'my thing' for several years, again with the handwriting and connection.
So while these moments have been great for supporting my Connection Glow, I'm not quite sure where these little dots are leading me, but I'm listening and Anticipating + Preparing to take action as I'm able to start connecting the dots.
