Every week, I share a Field Note- an observation from everyday life that reveals something worth noticing about how we navigate change, uncertainty, and the human experience. If you're looking for a gentler, more thoughtful way to move forward with greater clarity and self-trust, I'd be honored to have you in the field.
Behind the scenes, a lot of shifts are happening and years of this journey is really clicking together.
And it is straining my Glow.
But what makes me so happy, proud, relieved? and even a bit scared and overwhelmed is that I'm noticing that when I use my own system... listen to my Glow... follow my own inner guidance...
it freaking works!!!
Me, hugging all the parts of myself
It still surprises me that the framework I've created works, even though I've wholly believed in it every step of the way.
Take a moment today to take a step back and notice your journey so far.
We can get so caught up in the swirl of 'all the things', we can lose our sense of orientation.
Create a sense of perspective to notice all of the dots you've connected, the threads you've followed and small shifts that are adding up.
And as feelings of doubt, overwhelm, regret even, come up, bring yourself back to the present moment and use your Glow as a guide for the next oriented step, based on the capacity you feel.
Capacity is the relationship between your internal organization and your ability to navigate reality sustainably.
This is the power of the Glow Mapping practice, presence + perspective creates greater capacity to navigate life consciously and sustainably.
If you're tired of feeling 'fine', Glow Mapping becomes the process of restoring honesty and relationship with your lived experience.

Sometimes the most important thing isn't finding the answer. It's finding your bearings.
