Notice ✦ From the Field
Hi Reader!
You may have already noticed the shift, that the terrain is changing… Moving from a season rooted in changes to one that focuses on celebration and coming together.
In this season with so much focus on giving and sharing, there's the visible, literal version-food, gifts, traditions, effort.
Yet I want us to get curious in the less visible version, the undercurrents about what this season is here to help us see.
About noticing and recognizing all that we bring to the table: who we are, what life has taught us, how we make people feel, what we've survived, and what we've learned to offer.
Orient ✦ The Deeper Discovery
As we navigate this terrain, our Glow can help us recognize what feels meaningful, where our energy is flowing, and what needs our attention.
The Glow Compass is recalibrated to help us suss out what our Glow is sensing it needs to feel supported this season. Your responses create a personal field guide for navigating the moments that are unique to this time of year.
Think of it like a guided journey to helping you notice what is going to make the next couple of months feel magical… and sustainable.

Navigate ✦ Your Living Experiment
Before we gather and celebrate all we bring to the table, it can be helpful to notice what's already on our plates to start our living experiment for the season.
Notice: What feels different this year? What feels good and worth carrying forward? What feels heavier than it used to? Use the Glow Compass to help you notice which way you're oriented.
Try: If you’d like to look closer at what you’d like more or less of, check out The More, Less… What’s Next practice.
It offers a little room to listen to yourself, explore what you might want more or less of, and consider what would help you feel more supported in this season.
Gather Evidence: Capture these little glimmers in some way. Make notes, ground yourself in a moment that feels like a waypoint, notice when your body reacts one way but your words or actions say something else.
Thanks for being in the field with me.
p.s. the Glow Compass is easiest way to support yourself and recognize how you're oriented and how you might navigate this season.
